Women’s Leadership Council

The Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) is a growing network of women in leadership positions who are enlisting their energy, talent, and passion through the Power of the Purse in Montgomery County. Their primary focus is the funding and support of both public school related and independent programs that serve young children and their families throughout Montgomery County.

Women’s Leadership Council ‘s Signature project is: “Helping Moms” scholarships awarded to teen mothers who are seeking higher education with the day care costs for their children.
