Montgomery County United Way utilizes over 100 volunteers each year in a Strategic Investment process that meets with Funded Partners who are applying for funds and then makes recommendations to the Community Impact Committee, which in turn, makes funding recommendations to the MCUW Board of Directors.

Montgomery County United Way funds programs made possible by our Funded Partners.  These valuable programs generally fall in line with MCUW’s strategic areas of importance to the future growth and development of Montgomery County.  Click on Our Community Impact to learn more about the Community Priorities report that MCUW volunteers used to create our strategic plan to serve our community.
