Montgomery County United Way has a wonderful community partnership with over 300 companies located in Montgomery County.

Your company can participate in a number of different ways:

Conduct a Campaign:
Employee Campaigns build employee morale and a sense of teamwork by engaging employees in critical community issues.

Campaigns are held at small businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries ranging from construction to banking. The best campaigns are fun and engaging and are a welcome part of a company’s annual calendar.

Benefits of a Montgomery County United Way Employee Campaign:
A MCUW Employee campaign benefits both your company and your community in many ways:

  • Increased employee morale and teamwork
  • An easy and convenient way for your employees to give back to the community
  • Maximize the impact of your employees' gifts by matching with a corporate gift or encouraging participation with leadership or corporate gifts
  • Educate employees about giving opportunities, allowing them to make informed giving decisions
  • Provide information about services like MCUW’s Information and Referral where we connect community resources to those in need, volunteer opportunities like Days of Caring where volunteers are connected in everything from building projects to food drives and Success By 6 where families are equipped to help their children be successful in school enabling employees to access these services for themselves, friends and families
